  • 1. How I can book on the web?

    Select the Sidorme Hotel where you want to stay or select the option 'All'.

    Insert the arrival date and departure date.

    If you have a promotional code inserts it in the box.

    Click on 'Book'.

    You can select the room types and rates that interest you, and insert the number of adults, children and infants. Or, select the packages that interest you.

    Click on 'Add' and in 'My Booking' you can see the rooms added to your shopping basket and view its details if you click on 'View detail'.

    If the information is correct click on 'Confirm'.

    Fill in the form with your personal information and payment.

    Except, in case you book rooms Non-Refundable, remember will NOT charge to your card but it will pay at the hotel.

    If you need to make changes to your book, click on 'Return' and if all information is correct, click on 'Book'.

    You will receive an e-mail with the reservation confirmation.

  • 2. What is a Promotional Code?

    A promotional Code is optional and it is a set of characters associated with a particular offer. If you have a promotional code, insert it in this box.

  • 3. I can do the booking with a debit card?

    Yes, you can book with a credit card or debit card, Master Card and Visa.

  • 4. Why do you need my credit card? Is it secure?

    We need your credit card as a guarantee only; you pay once in the hotel. It is secure because your credit card details are encrypted through secure server (thawte®).

  • 5. How is the cancellation policy?

    6 p.m. previous to arrival date, any cancellation done within this period one night stay will be charged. In case of No Show, 100% of the first night will be charged.

    On the web Sidorme click on 'Cancel or modify your booking' and insert your email and your booking reference that we sent you in the confirmation email

    Click on 'Send'

    If you want to modify your booking click on 'Modify', make your changes and click on 'Finish'

    To cancel your booking, click on 'Cancel'

  • 8. How is the payment of the room?

    Payment of the room is done directly at the hotel. Except when you book rooms non-refundable, in which the booking rate will be charged into your credit card at the moment you make the booking.

  • 9. What is included in the room?

    The rooms are modern, functional with laminate parquet with a high acoustic attenuation, thermal and individual climate control. All rooms have LCD flat screen television, a comfortable bed with cushioned base, desk and with en suite bathrooms equipped with spacious showers or bath, towels and shower gel.

  • 10. Is breakfast included? How much does it cost?

    Breakfast is not included, except in offers that specify that it is included. But we serve an optional complete buffet breakfast every morning. The cost is 6.00 € per person (tax included). No booking is needed. This is a Continental Buffet that will be served from 6:00h to 10:30h Monday to Friday and from 6:00h to 11:30h on weekends. If you need breakfast before, you just have to request it in the hotel reception.

  • 11. I can choose the type of bed in my room

    Yes, but keep in mind that all these requests are granted according to availability.

    Yes, Sidorme Hotel offers rooms fully equipped and functional.

  • 13. What time is check-in at the hotel?

    In sidorme we want to make your stay easier with Fast Check-in from 14 Hrs. and you have your reservation guaranteed up to 18 hrs. In case you are going to arrive later notifies the reception.

  • 14. What time is check out the hotel?

    Check-out time is at 12hrs. And we have late check-out available. Ask at reception for the rate and schedule.

  • 15. I can leave the luggage at the hotel after checking out?

    Of course, we have a room in every hotel where we can store your luggage until you need it. No additional cost.

  • 16. Are there special rates for Groups and Companies?

    Sidorme cares about companies and groups that looking for a special rate at any of our hotels. We assign you an account manager who will offer you the most convenient rate for all your needs. For this, we need you fill in the form that you find on our website and we will contact you with the best proposal.
