Numerous rocks and pine forests of exceptional beauty encircle the Aiguablava beach in Begur. If you go up to the Punta d'Es Muts, you will find the state-run shortstop from which you can enjoy views of spectacular scenery. The tiny Cala d'Aigua Xelida Tamariu is hidden among rocks and pine trees surrounding it and almost touching its clear waters. Visit the Port-Bo beach next to the Port of Malaespina; the boats in the sand and the white houses of Calella make it a perfect location for bohemian photographs.
Witness one of the last natural remnants of Costa Brava by visiting the Castell in Palamos beach, one of the best beaches on the Iberian Peninsula. Enjoy the local tourist attractions: visit Dali's shack, the fishermen’s houses of S'Alguer and remains of the Iberian villages. Go to Calonge to see the beaches and numerous coves of Torre Valentina or visit the Sant Pol beach in Platja d'Aro from which it is very easy to reach the beautiful Cala de Sa Conca.
Finish your tour of the Costa Brava beaches and coves of Tossa, isolated by a valley surrounded by the Massis of Cadiretes. There you can discover the medieval precincts of the Vila Vella, its most characteristic feature that used to protect the population from piracy with its towers.
